Refund policy

At Subbin4Sanity, every item is created just for you. That means once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changed minds.

🚫 We do NOT offer refunds or returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Personal preference (color, fit, style)
  • Sale or clearance items

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


✅ When we WILL replace or refund your order

We stand behind our products and will make it right if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There is a print or manufacturing defect

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the issue
  • The item must be unused and unwashed

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement or
  • A refund (at our discretion)

🧵 Made-to-Order Items

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference issues. This allows us to create unique products while keeping prices fair and production efficient.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
